We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Refunds and returns are offered under the following conditions:

Return Process:
- Print on demand products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless the designs are completely changed by us.
- Our FABRIC category is all as print on demand, kindly note those are computer generated images and they usually much more brighter than the reality. if you are new to fabric business please order small quantity or even ask us for free samples. we can dispatch some free samples from our showroom to your address to check the quality and color depth.
- Colors may vary slightly from your computer screen to the actual fabric base. that is completely fine and it isn’t considered as defected item.
- Jacquard base fabric could slightly vary from the screen. contact us for clearifications.
- We encourage you visit our showroom in person and compare the photos in our website with the reality before placing online orders.
- Contact support@lailtextiles.com to initiate a return. if your order is from our showroom section then you can do so.
Refunds:
- Refunds are processed via the original payment method (Stripe, bank).
- Processing may take up to 7 working days after we receive the returned item.
