We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Refunds and returns are offered under the following conditions:
Eligibility:
- Print on demand products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless the item was received damaged.
- Products must be unused and in original condition.
- Customers are responsible for all courier charges related to returns.
Return Process:
- Contact support@lailtextiles.com to initiate a return.
- Ship the product back to our store in Ajman, UAE.
Refunds:
- Refunds are processed via the original payment method (Stripe, bank).
- Processing may take up to 7 working days after we receive the returned item.
